Kenneth L. Leon
President
As the head of the KLWebs, LLC, Ken is responsible for the development and maintenance of
all systems, applications and websites. Prior to founding KLWebs, Ken was Director of Web
Development for an advertising company, and was directly responsible for devising strategies
for getting information onto the internet in easy to read and use formats. With over 23
years experience in the computer industry, Ken brings a combination of software development,
database design and systems implementation knowledge from low-end single-customer systems
all the way through enterprise-level corporate applications. Ken holds a Bachelors Degree
from the California State University in Computer Science.
Michael Kaplan
Senior Database Administrator
As the Senior Database Administrator, Mike is responsible for the development and maintenance of
all application and website databases. Mike has fifteen years of database development and is
a fully certified MSCE developer. Mike oversees all database activities and is responsible for
supervising all database development team members.
Zoe Schaffer
Senior Web Developer
As the Senior Web Developer, Zoe is responsible for the development and maintenance of
websites, and preliminary development of new site layouts and ideas.
Zoe has design experience with all of the major development tools in the industry today
including expertise in Flash and digital video production. Zoe oversees all website development
activities and is responsible for supervising all web development team members.
Jin-Lu Hong
Quality Assurance
Quality is a vital part of the development of any web site. Jin-Lu's responsibility is to test
each site as it is developed to make sure that all front end pages load and run properly and that
all administration areas work for the users.
Candice Harper
Graphic Designer
Candice does all of the graphic design work for wetsites, advertisements and other aspects of client
applications. Candice has 6 years experience and is a graduate of CalArts with a BA in Graphic Design. She
has worked on many different projects throughout her history and brings a wonderful fine arts view to all
KLWebs designs.
